Amy MM provides professional middleman (escrow) services for digital transactions, including but not limited to cryptocurrency exchanges, digital asset transfers, account trades, and other online transactions. The service acts as a neutral third party to ensure both the buyer and seller fulfill their obligations before any assets or funds are released. By using our services, you acknowledge that Amy MM serves solely as an intermediary facilitator. We do not participate in the underlying transaction, nor do we guarantee the quality, legality, or value of the items being exchanged.

All fees are due at the time of service engagement and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified: • Cryptocurrency Transactions: A minimum fee of $2.00 USD or 2% of the total deal amount (whichever is greater), plus $2.00 USD per day for asset holding services. • Other Asset Transactions: A minimum fee of $3.00 USD or 3% of the total deal amount (whichever is greater), plus $3.00 USD per day for asset holding services. Fees are calculated based on the deal value at the time of agreement. Any changes to the deal value after initiation may result in adjusted fees.

Both parties (buyer and seller) agree to the following responsibilities: • Provide accurate and truthful information about the items or assets being transacted. • Respond promptly to communications from the middleman to ensure timely completion. • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their respective jurisdictions. • Not engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities through our service. • Accept that failure to respond within 48 hours may result in the deal being voided. • Acknowledge that attempting to bypass the middleman will result in permanent blacklisting.

The standard transaction process follows these steps: 1. Both parties agree on the terms of the deal and contact the middleman. 2. The middleman confirms the deal details with both parties, including the fee structure. 3. The seller transfers the asset(s) to the middleman for verification and holding. 4. The buyer submits payment for the deal amount plus applicable fees. 5. Upon confirmation of payment, the middleman transfers the asset(s) to the buyer. 6. The middleman releases the payment to the seller, minus any applicable fees. The middleman reserves the right to halt or cancel a transaction at any point if suspicious activity is detected.

In the event of a dispute between the transacting parties: • Both parties must present evidence supporting their claims within 24 hours. • The middleman will review all available evidence objectively and make a final determination. • The middleman's decision in dispute resolution is final and binding. • In cases where evidence is inconclusive, the middleman may refund the buyer minus fees. • Repeated disputes or uncooperative behavior may result in service restriction.

Amy MM provides middleman services on an "as-is" basis. While we take every precaution to ensure security: • We are not liable for any losses arising from the underlying transaction between parties. • We are not responsible for the quality, authenticity, or legality of items being traded. • We are not liable for losses due to factors beyond our control (network failures, blockchain issues, platform bans, etc). • Our total liability shall not exceed the fees collected for the specific transaction. • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, including for suspected fraud.

• Transaction details are kept confidential and not shared with third parties unless required by law. • Discord usernames and transaction amounts may be displayed publicly as vouches, with consent. • We do not store sensitive financial information beyond what is necessary for the transaction. • Users may request removal of their vouch data by contacting the middleman. • Communication records may be retained for dispute resolution for up to 90 days.

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time at the discretion of Amy MM: • Users will be notified of significant changes through the Discord server or website. • Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated terms. • Previous versions will not be retroactively applied to completed transactions.
